Acceptance criteria

• Plus button at bottom of page
• Clicking button expands up the thing
• Clicking anywhere else closes the thing
• There are animations to smoothly slide up or down (turn this into a separate issue if you want )

At the bottom of the page there is something like this plus button

When they click it, it expands over the surface of the app, like this

When they click either 'create request' or 'send thanks' it goes to the relevant create page (not in scope to build the app)
