The weights for all level 2 units (ID2) should be equal for each level 1 unit (ID1) using the vardomh function. It looks there is no test for this as the following error message was received:

Error in vardomh(Y = "lip_md60_2", H = "db050", PSU = "db060", w_final = "rb064e",  :
  Aggregated 'w_design' length must the same as matrix 'X'
