Can't open local.esacci.GHG.satellite-orbit-frequency.L2.CO2.multi-sensor.multi-platform.VARIOUS.v2-1c.r1 in Cate Desktop.

Individual netCDF file contain sounder measurement. They do not have a dimension "lat" or "lon" instead each measurement has a lat/lon value (point measurements).

This is not supported by cate.

Can we ignore these dataset easily. GHG has only L2 data in sounder format on the ODP. No gridded data.

The data source filter functionality fixes this issues.
