Reduce the time it takes to generate some parts of the site #73

The IT tests show that generating some parts of the site, such as the dynamic footer menus, takes very long. This time should be reduced.

The first test is the one which usually takes longer. This may be related to the fact it needs to load all the dependencies into the local repository.
