Internationalize links menu title #144

The links title menu is not being internationalized, and so it will be always "Links".

This refers to the menu generated from the links options:

<body>
   <links>
      <item name="Apache" href="http://www.apache.org" />
      <item name="Maven" href="https://maven.apache.org" />
   </links>
</body>
