Сейчас есть готовые решения вроде git lfs, но они сопряжены со сложностями (настройка среды, стоимость хранилища). Вариантом будет тулза которая позволяет хранить файлы в облачном хранилище (s3/drive/etc), но возникает сложность передачи доступа всем заинтересованным в загрузке фото/видео/других материалов к митапам.

Мне видится наиболее интересным решением - собственный минимальный сервак, который дает право загружать файлы всем членам организации BelarusKUG + всем кто создает PR в репозитории BLUG. Авторизация в bkug storage соответсвенно идет через github.
