doesn't support latest version of jupyterlab

When I run

jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-clipboard

I get the following error message

An error occured.
ValueError: This extension does not yet support the current version of JupyterLab.

I'll try to set a few hours aside this weekend to upgrade the package to support the latest jupyterlab.
