We AVOID whatever is trending in the news media ... or whatever INANE celebrity, sports or popular cultural topic is being debated...AVOID AVOID AVOID... and the idoicy of the topics covered in the realm of news-faux-tainment will still break through.
But we do follow NARROW topics and specific open source development projects in order to take advantage of millions, if not BILLIONS who are already dealing with this problem ... the realm of CDNs and progressive web applications or the ChromiumOS, for example are useful architectures to follow ... and understand how/why these architectures are as big as they are.
