FEAT add targeted bootstrapping and adversarial knowledge injection

The paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/2310.09624.pdf mentions

• Semantically Aligned augmentation (which seems similar to our prompt variation generation)
• Targeted Bootstrapping and
• Adversarial knowledge injection
  We should add support for the last two.

The authors provided a GitHub repo https://github.com/alexmeigz/ASSERT (currently without license). This might serve as inspiration or a starting point for an implementation as converters in PyRIT.

Of course, an implementation would also require tests and descriptive docstrings.
