Reproducer for scroll freezing bug on iOS Works great for Desktop, but will freeze randomly on iOS. Freezes more often if grabbing the scrollbar thumb while scrolling is animated. For Desktop place some images in a folder called "Test" inside the default "Pictures" folder.
