web generator: make tags clickable as if chosen as a search criteria?

On the NASSA meeting of 4/10/2022, Philip Verhagen suggested:
"Possibly the tags should be clickable as well"

Clicking on tags could indeed be a good shortcut for searches in the module list. E.g., clicking on the algorithm module type tag could return only those modules with this tag, instead of any that contain the string "algorithm" in other fields (such as it would do if you write it in the table search field).
