Fix relative paths and cut them from NASSA.yml #16

Storing the relative paths in the NASSA.yml file becomes redundant if the general recommendation is to use the same name conventions.

These are:

references:
bibFile: references.bib

implementations:

  • language: NetLogo
    codeDir: netlogo_implementation/

readmeFile: README.md
docsDir: documentation/

We should reduce the complexity of the yml file by removing the paths-values and replacing them by fixed paths.

I suggest to transfer this issue to the schema repository.
