Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The application needs to notify its users about its terms of use and privacy policy to follow the current legal regulations.

Describe your solution
Each time a user logs into the application it has to accept the terms of use and privacy policy, if not already done. Moreover, these two documents should be accessible from the configuration tab at any time.
