i find that the custom region in the other roles does not work, i dont know why, there could be a reason, havent really looked at the coding to understand why.. it may just be that it assigns 127.0.0.0 every time the mod is loaded, if so, stopping it from doing that would fix the issue.

also tried "unify", forget how that worked, probably fine, i think though, people should have the ability to add and remove regions, not just add them.

i wrote an external editor for managing regions a while back (mainly to remove TOR's custom region) ..
https://github.com/VirusTLNR/AmongUsRegionsEditor

not sure if the code helps for adding/removing while ingame as i basically re-write the whole regioninfo.json with the added/removed data being added/removed, but figured id share the link incase i dont get around to helping with this.

I have found out the issue with TORS custom region.

When you play TOR it somehow mitigates the "true" for "use dtls" setting in the region info.

Then when you use that same custom region for TOU or vanilla or anything, it doesn't work.

So if the custom setting is implemented with "use dtls" having a checkbox and defaulting to off.. and advising tor follow the same method.. it would allow people to use the same "custom" region across mods.

How I know this is my group has been playing tor with no issues for weeks, switched back to tou and suddenly the ones using custom from tor can't connect.. I check the settings for the region info I give out vs tors custom, and the only difference is "use dtls" being turned on for tors custom region.

Meanwhile.. the region I give out works for vanilla, tou, and tor.
