Complete an order

Context

Allow the superuser to complete an order. The following must be true:

• a customer is active Choose an active customer #5
• at least one payment option has been created Add the "create a payment option" to main menu #4
• an open order associated with the customer has at least one product in the shopping cart Add product to shopping cart #7

Expected Behavior

If the prerequisites above are not met, then show a warning to the superuser.
You should allow option for superuser to cancel at any time, mid-entry.

• Calculate the order total:
  Your order total is $149.54. Ready to purchase
  (Y/N) >

• Choose payment option:
  Choose a payment option

1. Amex
2. Visa

• Complete the Order (change from ACTIVE to INACTIVE)
