Background and Motivation

I think it's necessary to add tests in regards to exact cases and code samples. Just like evaluator tests worked, but with the emitter instead of the evaluator. Or just add better test coverage overall to remove the need for that. Because evaluator tests also essentially worked as binding tests (and syntax etc...) since they tested code samples for expected results.
