Two questions about net force and motor rotation

Hello Professor @schaubh, I have two questions, firstly, is there any way to measure the net force in a certain direction? Like after taking all the effectors into account what the overall force in a certain direction is? My second question is is there a way to simulate the rotation of a motor? Say if i want to measure the net force on something that is rotating since its position is constantly changing, how do i simulate something rotating in the spacecraft? Here is a picture example:

say I want to measure the net force enacted on the ball inside the box as it rotates, how could i do this?
