Integrate Dynamic PET's implementation of Two-step SRTM (SRTM2), as described by Wu and Carson, J Cereb Blood Flow Metab (2002)

Install Dynamic PET dependency
Integrate FWHM smoothing option of the PET 4D image
Adjust Initialization workflow (allow for smoothing to be executed before processing 3D volumes)
Add SRTM method
Testing
