Errors in console while tx is in "pending" status

Description

While a tx is in a pending status, trying to reload a tx in the "deep link" view, throws and error in the console.

Environment

• Browser: chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Safe: any
• Environment:
  Release branch Release 3.17.0 #3260

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a safe with 1 out of x policy
2. Create a tx and execute it right away
3. You are taken to the "deep link" view, where only the tx being executed is present in the page
4. Reload the page

Expected result

The page reloads, the tx displays still in pending status

Obtained result

The tx sometimes load, sometime it doesn't and an error is shown in the console. This error only happens when the tx is in the "pending" status. Probably related to #3211 ticket.

A fix for this was merged into dev today. I will make sure it gets merged into the release PR first thing tomorrow.
