14c: Applicant should be able to change the email address of the account associated with the employer

Update

Ability to change email (POC) of an employer.

• In the Edit User screen: Add a button "Change POC".
• A new pop-up screen should be displayed with three fields First Name, Last Name and Email. The fields should show the current values.
• Admin can edit the values and save.

Check the following:
Submit an application as an Applicant (with email address1). Change the email to address2, then submit another application. @NathayaMDOL @NathayaMDOL1
