What is the best way to render SVG as a dynamic block?

I wonder to what attributes should I set if I want to create a dynamic block where I can choose an SVG to be rendered. In the IconPicker component from 10up, an iconStore is used to save and render the SVG in the editor. How is the SVG displayed in the render PHP file without saving the SVG's source?
