@howardgriffin We are currently working on testing the code and we do realize there are many installation issue. Will post a detailed instructions to run the code soon. Thank you for your patience.

@howardgriffin The input should be in the form of a txt file. Please find the sample input1.txt and input2.txt in the repo which are basically the two input patches that are fed to the network.
