The logic for this is more than what the error suggests. While the folder name of environments is reserved. I don't see why any folder with environments in the name anywhere should be disallowed.
@jwetzell I only mentioned in case there was a reason as to why the the logic in the UI excludes any folder that contains the word 'environments'. I'm not intimately familiar with the codebase, so I don't know the implications of removing the check.
@clocklear the folder named exactly environments is a reserved name and so the logic in the UI (in my opinion) should only exclude a folder named exactly environments from being created.
