If the subhourly post is not currently working in RRFS, we shouldn't move over the solution. We should work on fixing the current SRW implementation instead of bringing over the RRFS version that might also be broken.

Related issue in SRW for broken subhourly post: #358

We might also be interested in renaming to subhourly output -- the model was segfaulting with subhourly output.

Does inline post provide subhourly postprocessed output?

We may have a bit of a reprieve on this one. The current workflows are turning this feature off after finding a couple of bugs in the output and will continue developing it through summer 2023.
