How to run with new ray API #3

According to the readme, this project should run with ray 0.7.6 API.
However, such a version is not available on pip, and it seems to be impossible to run hypersched directly with what is available now using pip install.
I tried to build ray 0.7.6 from the source but failed.
Would you please give me some instructions about how to deal with this?
