The problem

ADI模块直接使用添加按钮进行添加时，无响应

Environment

OS Info: Window10
browser Info: chrome 65.0.3325.146
URL: release.keepwork.com
Model: ADI模块

Step To Reproduce Issue [ Good To Have ]

Pre-conditions:
1.网络正常，可正常访问release.keepwork.com页面
2.已存在账号且账号已登录
Details:

访问http://release.keepwork.com/wiki/wikieditor#/dukes/cs/index 页面，分别对bmax_model和
actors_animations页面进行查看
2.选中其中任一个mod，使用“+”按钮进行添加

Expected Result:
1.添加成功
Actual Result:
1.添加失败
