Support for external open with

Phiola as an audio player seems to work fine with Internal file picker.

Can you also include a feature so that we can play recorded audio files through phiola from external file managers ?

Hi! I've just checked on my phone, and indeed, phiola is not displayed in the list of apps for playing an audio file. I'll see what I can do.
