Not working with the new version of PMPRO

Before installing the latest update of PaidMembershipPro this plugin was working fine, now i can make groups and assign levels to groups but when i set the group options to allow the member to register in more than one level at the same time, that has no effect, it simply cancel the previous registered level when a user register in the new one, I tried to make the levels in separate groups but that didn't help.
