Add Hooks to Approvals Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Adding a hook to before and after the Approvals table would allow for additional information to be added.

A ticket came up where they'd like to add a checkbox to each row so that they can bulk approve/deny.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a hook at the start and end of the table, as well as before and after to allow for checkboxes and other elements in rows, and filers/dropdowns before and after the table.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No others available as there aren't hooks on the page to help achieve this.
