If the number of bean deployed is bigger than the number of dof in the mechanicalObject, we have a nice segfault in applyInterventionalRadiologyController

To reproduce the bug:
Take the example: https://github.com/sofa-framework/BeamAdapter/blob/master/examples/SingleBeamDeployment.scn
and change the number in the regular Grid:
RegularGridTopology name="MeshLines" nx="4"
