Description

It would be really nice to easily spin up local testnets for 4844. We have these scripts which we could extend to work through 4844. Or we could work to make some sort of set up that spawns lighthouse processes in rust, which would make it a lot easier to monitor behavior in the network (because we have clients for all APIs available). We could write more fine grained testing like this too.
