Add an option to install TinyTeX in install Quarto

This would avoid having to call quarto tools install tinytex and would deal with the PATH issue

Currently, we need to install TinyTeX in its own step. But several issue arises as discussed in #3 (comment)

Solution could be quarto tools info tinytex to get the path but it seems it does not output correctly in GHA. 🤔
