Refactor PostgresqlResource to use specific PostgresqlContainer and not GenericContainer #2076

As the title say it would be nice to use PostgresqlContainer and not GenericContainer in PostgresqlResource as it needs own maintaning, and can introduce similar problems as in #2075 / #2004

Maybe there is the reason why the GenericContainer is used, so investigation needs to be done. If it's the case that GenericContainer is needed, add some comments there
