Add archive label to default http_logstash.json file

There is a useful feature called "label" in json file syntax to describe archives. It's really helpful to distinguish archives. I would find it useful if also local archive definition in http_logstash.json contained a label (e.g. named "local") by default i.e. deployed already during installation. Sometimes it's very helpful when debugging archivings and distiniguishing archives.
