Review how the current acceptance tests use and test the various data_exporter occ commands.

Make a cli acceptance test suite and put relevant tests in it.

Main QA issue: owncloud/QA#570

Also see #17 for bootstrap acceptance tests - I guess we can make cli acceptance tests right from the start.

PR #41 made the cliDataExporter suite.
And other Makefile and drone CI config looks good.
Closing.
