Trash bin is empty, not possible to restore #35143
Comments
Check in oC 10.0.1 and trashbin works fine for me. IMHO it is the configuration set in config.php by the admin. Line 488 in 7e920e3
@janholubekIf you can ask the admin and provide more feedback it would be great. Thanks for reporting. |
@davitol Thank you for your answer, but I'm not sure what kind of feedback you mean. The linked config report above shows "trashbin_retention_obligation" is configured to "auto" - shall I edit this for testing purposes? |
@janholubek Sorry I did not show that you have already posted your trashbin_retention_obligation value. As the description says: Do you have space in your account? Have you checked your quota? |
No problem. Yes, I checked the quota, we have several GB of free space.
|
"Did you turn it off and on again?" - Yes, I deactivated and reactivated the trash bin app before opening the issue, but when I tried it again after my last comment, it worked. Trash bin shows deleted files of the last three weeks. So I think this problem is "solved" until further notice. |
And a second problem, probably not connected my encryption-issue:
Steps to reproduce
Expected behaviour
find the deleted file in the trashbin and be able to restore it
Actual behaviour
trashbin is empty (sometimes just after a few minutes); same via ftp (user/files_trashbin)
