Selection of avatar picture cannot show picture properly in ie11. #27685

Steps to reproduce

  1. Using Internet explorer 11 do:
  2. go to settings personal/general
  3. Set an avatar uploading a picture.

Expected behaviour

You can choose what part of the picture want for the avatar.

Actual behaviour

The picture appears very small, not being able to select anything.

Ubuntu 14.04

Web server:
Apache

Database:
MySQL

PHP version:
7.0

ownCloud version: (see ownCloud admin page)
