Selection of avatar picture cannot show picture properly in ie11.

Steps to reproduce

0. Using Internet explorer 11 do:
1. go to settings personal/general
2. Set an avatar uploading a picture.

Expected behaviour

You can choose what part of the picture want for the avatar.

Actual behaviour

The picture appears very small, not being able to select anything.
