oc_properties, still needed ?

I noticed that there's a oc_properties table, but it's always empty.

It seems to be used in the Sabre code: https://github.com/owncloud/core/blob/master/lib/private/connector/sabre/directory.php#L146

Do we still need this ? Should we use the oc_filecache instead ?

@DeepDiver1975 told me that it was for WebDAV clients to be able to set arbitrary properties on files/folders. So I assume this is part of the standard we need to implement.
