Rudder inertia has an erroneous pitch

The rudder inertia box has an odd pitch that might affect vehicle behavior like turning, pitching even?

From another angle that I saw in Gazebo-classic while fixing the propeller inertia (#34) a month ago (should have created this issue back then. Screenshots in that PR shows this too):
This angle shows that the elevator inertia is fine. The rudder is the one pitched.

Fixed in pull request #34

That's actually a different one. This is for the slant on the rudder. #34 only fixes the propeller.
