Most, if not all, counties in Alabama have numbered roads with standard blue pentagon signage. Some route=road relations have appeared with network values such as US:AL:Cleburne for Cleburne County, suggesting that this is the preferred tagging scheme for county roads in Alabama.
Baldwin County, Alabama, in addition to its network of numbered highways, has two routes with unique signage. The Foley Beach Express has unique artwork composed of mostly simple geometry, and the Baldwin Beach Express is simple white text on a green background. Both are currently tagged with network=US:AL:Baldwin, which conflicts with what would otherwise be the network value for Baldwin County routes signed with blue pentagons (none of which have route=road relations mapped yet).
