Organisation profile: paths are not the same in repository and organisation profile

To reproduce:

• create organisation (or navigate to existing one)
• create .github repostory
• create profile directory
• copy any image to profile/img.png
• create profile/README.md like this:

Image will display in repository preview, but not on organsation's profilel.
