Missing Indexer Metrics

From what I can see we are missing some metrics from:

https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/operations/metrics.html#indexing-service

Of particular note is task/action/run/time metric, which can be used to diagnose potential Overlord issues or dependent service issues (like metadata DB). As an example, here is a ticket from Druid that showed that this specific metric helped diagnose an issue with the Overlord/Metadata DB where other metrics failed to highlight the issue: apache/druid#12701
