holding_position:type=runway/intermediate/ILS is the established tag to specify the type of an airport holding position on taxiways and runways with more than 3000 uses: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/holding_position:type

Please enhance iD's preset for aeroway=holding_position to support easy selection of this type.
