Support of other config files for rtmdet instance segmentation

What is the problem this feature will solve?

The current repo supports ONLT the rtmdet-ins-s config file
To support config files for other rtmdet instance segmentation models.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

To support to train other rtmdet instance segmentation models

What alternatives have you considered?

@rose-jinyang Were you able to train rtmdet-ins-s or just perform inference? It appears only inference is implemented, but if I'm wrong please let me know!
