Training data generator crashes if eval_limit is high, and NNUE is disabled #77

This is because the training data generator tries to evaluate the position that a king is checked. It crashes on an assertion.

This issue was fixed in the following commit.

This issue was fixed in the release stockfish-nnue-2020-08-11.
