Blinking of icon to inform about unread messages

I did not find this function.
I suggest to add blinking icon and/or indication of having unread messages on icon because appearing messages disappear without any trace.

I would like to help, but unfortunately I don't know enough about Electron and the Talk Desktop structure. Is there a docu for getting startet?
