Hi,

it would be nice if we could have a Chat where only moderators can post messages.

Use case: We would like to create a new Chat "Accouncements" where all our users will be added, but we would like to only allow Moderators to write messages.

As a temporary work around you could lock the conversation all the time, then unlock it, post the announcement and lock again.

With #931 we brought a base of permissions in
But I will close this as a duplicate of #3886
