Moving or copying files in between storage backends changes last modified dates

Steps to reproduce

• Mount external storage
• Move file from primary storage to external storage
• Last modified date of moved file changes from its actual date to "seconds ago"

Expected behaviour

When copying or moving files across storages, they should retain their last modified date.

Actual behaviour

Last modified date is changed to time of move or copy operation.
