Transifex localization not synced to project files

I noticed wrong Polish translation of "successful update" string of web updater. I went to Transifex to check and it is correct translation here. But in server l10n files "successful update" is translated as NOT successful (i.e. something went wrong). So it is actually complete opposite of what it should be.
Correct translation is present in Transifex since 5 months and is tagged as "reviewed". I guess there is some problem with translation framework, but I'm not familiar with that.

Steps to reproduce

1. Compare https://github.com/nextcloud/server/blob/master/core/l10n/pl.json (currently line 237)
