A new user with admin rights get empty file mapp

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new user
2. Add him to the admin group
3. Log in as new user
4. The files mapp is completely empty

Expected behaviour

All the maps and files that are present for the first admin should be present for the new, 2nd, admin

Actual behaviour

All maps and files are missing after the second admin have logged in. "No files in here"

OK, Maybe this is the intended behaviour. I had to share all files with the admin group and then they became visible for the 2nd admin. I thought that the admin should have access to all maps and files. And that he should log in as non-admin if he wants to have his private files.

I miss a possibility to batch-sharing maps.
